For a new sale query @HathwayBrdband called my within 5 mins. For my internet not working since 4 days, nobody has called up or resolved it yet. Pathetic service for sure. Time to change

@HathwayBrdband worst internet ever. I have opted for a quarterly plan with 200mbps but getting only 10mbps. No customer care help so far.

@HathwayBrdband Easy question. Speed test shows 300Mbps. But you can't browse/watch anything . Which broadband?

@HathwayBrdband is so crap that their network only does speedtests at 200MBPS. Everything else doesn't work! Not even their app or helpdesk

@HathwayBrdband Even after 25hrs of installation there is no getting internet. When I call the customer care the only thing they say is we will solve it asap. Will I ever get internet? The easiest way to solve this is just give me back my package amount and you can take the router.
