@Aussie_BB @HarbourISP That’s good to know Holly, because over 50 hours later I’m still without internet service and still have absolutely no information from HarbourISP/Uniti as to when the issue will be resolved. Although this is typical from them. I’m delighted that i won’t have to deal with them

After waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HarbourISP support agent, she takes my details and then puts me on hold for 20 mins (and counting!). Absolutely deplorable #customerexperience. @Aussie_BB when you take over my NBN service in a few weeks, you need to tackle this.
