Telstra has been knocked off the podium in the run for worst customer service ever! Just under an hour on the phone to Activ8me NBN Fibre & Wireless for a client to try to sort out a simple email password, and I have not even spoken to anyone, just a recording. Stay away from these people if you value your (or my) time!

So the installation of my satellite dish and modem is done.... Sadly for us Activ8me NBN Fibre & Wireless who I registered with in January still can't get their you-know-what together and send me a signal. They can't even work out how I got satellite NBN dish installed as they reckon they didn't organise it. Can anyone recommend a company who will be happy to provide me with an Internet connection ASAP??? Every day my child misses out on her online lessons is an opportunity missed :( Doesn't anyone want my money??? ;)
