@PANCAKEPAP1@thegranturismo Simple answer: You've already paid for all the content when you purchased the game, they just haven't released it yet. Most cars and tracks that were already in the game carried over from Gran Turismo Sport. Call it, PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.
