@FrontierCorp is the worst, every three months their charges go up, when you want to disconnect your service the platform never works and when you finally reached them on the phone after 40 minutes wait they charged you 50 dollars for disconnection and restocking fee. Stay away

@FrontierCorp it's been over a month, replaced equipment, and your internet STILL disconnects constantly. Already a BBB complaint filed. What will it take to either get my service fixed or be able to cancel service?

So my @FrontierCorp internet had an outage for 6 days, they sent a technician to finally fix it, and today i get a fucking bill for $200 for the technician. So i miss out on a week of work AND they're charging me $200 for being her for 30 minutes.

@FrontierCorp I would love the upload speeds because Spectrum limits me at 30mbps, but I get my 1gig for $35 a month. No way I am leaving that. Maybe if the program discount they gave me runs out, I'll switch.
