@FrontierCorp I moved to an area that you all do not service. I had to change to a different internet provider due to this. The agent tells me:1. Must pay a full month of service in order to disconnect services 2. pack the equipment and UPS it and get charged a $50 referb fee?

@FrontierCorp I’ve been without internet for 5 days. I’ve chatted multiple times with chat reps, gotten conflicting info on if it’s an outage or my address. I need someone here today to help resolve. 5 days with no service is unacceptable.
