@FreedomMobile lied to me when I got another new phone....paying $20 a month more than they told me the bill would be and their network is probably the worst service I've ever seen Stay away from them at all costs

@ConsumerSOS @kcorr54 "When the couple called @FreedomMobile’s customer service line, they say a rep. said records showed someone had obtained a new SIM card in a retail location ... apparently claiming to be Stork." You never say if scammers had customer's pin. Not supposed to be possible w/o pin.
