@FreedomMobile is officially the worst cellphone carrier in all of Canada. They have shitty cell service and shitty customer service all the while charging their customers way too much. I hope this sees a lot of people in Canada and everyone stops using them.

Currently tethering off of my fiancé’s phone which is on the @FreedomMobile network. @Bell_Support @TELUSsupport seem to not be sending any updates for their current outage in Oshawa. Becuase you know .. it’s Oshawa @Rogers @FreedomMobile you May be getting new customers soon.

@FreedomMobile Why does my data keep disappearing and where does it go. Why does the phone use data every day at 12am when Its connected to the wifi? And why doesn't your bloody Messaging app work!

@FreedomMobile there is a dead zone in Brampton ON along Steeles av e between Hurontario st & Bramalea rd. My phone never rings but I get notification of voicemail. I drive this road every day so it's not a one time thing

@FreedomMobile is there any way I can end a contract early if there's a issues with a phone you guys provided because I swear this is a breach of contract ... It's a faulty phone and it's so frustrating.

@Martyupnorth_2 Oh, my bill has gone down, but so has my quality of service. I live a 10min drive from my major city, & I’m situated smack dab in the middle of 3 cell/data towers. With @FreedomMobile, I can’t make calls or send SMS texts 80-90% of the time from my house

@JustinTrudeau Oh!! Really? I pay $78CAD to @FreedomMobile and if I go to Grouse Mountain or Capilano Canyon… my phone is totally out of signal!!! Cultus Lake? Nothing!
