@suthodan@Foxtel They’re atrocious. 45 mins on hold to relocate boxes and upgrade. Bloke can only relocate, can’t upgrade. Not his fault, he’s only doing the job he’s trained for. But model is horrible. For what they charge, it’s ridiculous.
