@fitbit hi, I’ve just tried to track a cycle ride with my Fitbit versa 4 but it’s only measured 2 miles but this is incorrect as should have been about 6, it’s not the first time & this is only a couple of months old, can you help as I keep having nothing but issues? Thanks

@fitbit Not only is it fugly, it hardly works. It just sent a notification and tried switching users for no reason (there is only one user) and now it won't sync my data.

Hey @fitbit I am REALLY sick of you changing the format of your app….especially for tracking sleep. It’s trash, we should be able to choose the old version, and I wake up mad at you every morning. I’m extremely close to switching brands. Hey @GarminFitness How you doin’?

@fitbit please, please, please return to the previous version for sleep monitoring. The new update is awful, difficult to read and my previous history not easy to read. I cant use this version its garbage, too light and confusing. Preferd the dark version. How do i change it.

@fitbit #fitbit Plz refer to my comp. no. 52225125. The watch stopped working within 12 months of purchase. As per customer care it is covered under replacement. After sharing all the details when asked for there is no further response/communication even after follow-ups. Plz chk

Also how is the comfort ? I also have a tempur pedic and wondering if the comfort would totally change by adding Eight Sleep
