@frankritchie @fitbit Fitbit isn't great quality. I got a Samsung Watch as a gift with purchase when I bought my phone. It does all the things, but the downside is it wants charging daily whereas my Fitbit HR2 went for days.

@grumpycat96 @fitbit I agree, I might not renew once my year is up. I'm looking into other devices right now. I mainly got it to track sleep and energy output, but now I don't find it enjoyable. Since Google bought them it's really gone down hill.

@fitbit @FitbitSupport Dunno who designed the new sleep data layout but it's no longer intuitive or as readily informative. My wife and I find it a step-down in functionality.

Please fix the new sleep report or revert to the old. It's so much harder to read. The colors and dashes are confusing and there isn't a breakdown of time in each phase. You can't tell me your employees think this was a well executed project

@PugLuVR06 @fitbit I suppose this is down to the takeover from Google, can’t even get mine to work since this sent as an update!!
So @fitbit are slowly phasing out their own version of trackers/watches and moving to promote the Google range. Any Google related recommendations? I love my Versa 2 but it’s getting old now (like me) and slowing down.

@noreen_shoop @FitbitSupport My whole week is shot. It’s tracking my steps but not recognizing it for the week. Since #Fitbit sold out to #Google I’ve had nothing but trouble. That redesign shoved down our throats was an insult. Epic fail. Tired of these foul ups. It WAS a good product. @FitbitSupportRelated Services
