You’ve got all you need on emails to your customer service teams and flight teams. Stop faffing around and fix it. You have email address of booking, bank authorisation codes of payment etc. This X post continues till you fix this!

@Expedia your booking experience terrible now. Sort by price don't even work cause fees jack it all up. Just unbookable now and unusable....what went wrong?
