Shouts out @DukeEnergy for being the only electric company I’ve ever dealt with that charges a deposit, almost as large as my apartments security deposit, for a new customer. I miss @TECOPeoplesGas , shame they aren’t in Pinellas County ☹️

@DukeEnergy you guys are absolutely disgusting. Charging people $450 deposit to get the electric on!!?? Highway robbery is all that is. Get over yourselves. No one would use you if we had a choice.
