@txuenergy you guys are tossing me around like a used mattress. I’ve done everything you asked, still can’t access my account through your app or website, what do I do next?

@txuenergy I have talked to your reps and I have confirmation emails that my account is valid, yet nothing. Impossible to login to your server and my account. First month with you guys , not good.

@txuenergy @TXAG @KXAN_News @CentralTexasBBB your customer services didn't help. not helpful at all and really I don't appreciate that they just repeated what I already knew. and couldn't explain how my bill went up when I wasn't even home. especially when I stop using my Heater past 5 months.

@txuenergy @50Pipz @peterlikesgyros You don’t provide a plan that does that. You don’t care how much I produce during the day you still charge my for everything I use once the sun goes down even though I produce during the day more than I use day and night combined. Do not mislead people here.

@ColbyWest3 @SarcasticSham @50Pipz @peterlikesgyros @txuenergy There are no plans available that benefit those with solar systems installed in their homes. If there was even one that offset my cost to even get close to what I paid before solar I would be ecstatic.

@Ht0wnTexan @SarcasticSham @50Pipz @peterlikesgyros @txuenergy Can you change to a more friendly energy distributor and solar rate plan? It’s been a while since I looked at Texas but there used to be a few that offset the generation charges, not necessarily all of the delivery charges.

@50Pipz @peterlikesgyros @txuenergy I am set up through @txuenergy as well. Since switching to solar my monthly energy cost is now 2-3x what it was before factoring in the loan payment on the solar system & still paying the utility company. Mind you I create more electricity than I consume.
