@DukeEnergy sure is nice trying to get a full nights sleep when you haven’t had heat for 5 hours the house feels like 33 degrees just like outside and y’all want to tell people oh you gotta wait 6 more hours for heat in freezing temps when we all paying 200 plus a month to y’all
