@nicole_sanna@IONTB I did. I am skeptical about the one two nights ago. Fluxuation lasted over 8 seconds and stayed at half-power/dimmed for a couple of seconds. Went out, then on, then half-power again. Fire is my worry. @DukeEnergy Happened to neighbor too, same time. And she is SEVERELY disabled.
