@Ask_Spectrum why do yalls services suck so bad?
My mother in law has yall and her DVR CONSTANT CONSTANTLY Lags, fizzles out and stops playing.
She's retired and loves her shows and it's EXTREMELY disappointing to her when she can't watch her shows.
