@DIRECTVhelp@DIRECTV so I had the forced upgrade scheduled for today from 12-4 schedules this 2-3 days ago. They just now call me at 3 to tell me they do NOT have the equipment. Now I have to take another day off work to have the FORCED upgrade done . I am so sick of the games
