@CommBank I gave you the error message - obviously a technical issue not only impacting me - have the NetBank IT guys fix it please - have wasted so much time on this - Ceba, hanging on to help desk forever and getting cut off - using X shows u how desperate I am

Long story short, @CommBank security realized it was a AI voice phish and locked everything down. Seriously very good job. Pretty chuffed with the outcome (except for some small hassle I need to go thru tomorrow).
