Question: @CommBank gives me online bank statements sporadically for my youthsaver. Last one was February - August 2023 before that. Is there a way I can get them to produce them retrospectively/sent to me if they were made for say the last 6 months that I wasn't given?

Hey @CommBank, is two months and multiple phone calls (on hold for an hour each time) normal when trying to set up a CommBiz account? I made a complaint a few weeks ago and yet no phone call? @NAB offer exceptional business support for our other business banking requirements.

@CommBank Deadset. The worst bank ever. Period. I needed to transfer 60.54 Euros for an overseas clearance check. You dictate a minimum transfer of 100 Euro. I dont need 100 Euro to be transferred. You are 100% out of touch with your customers....I need to leave....

@troyhunt Shipment number matches the amount requested. Duty and Taxes with uppercase D and T. Amount requested doesn't have a currency symbol. Payment through Bpoint? It's a legitimate payment vendor through @CommBank (used by schools), but everything else says fraud.

@lozturner @CommBank Hahaha just do as I do and keep no money in the bank!!! They can’t steal what is not there.. as soon as I get paid Bam it’s withdrawn into another account that even I don’t have access to unless I go into the bank… I know it’s inconvenient but I haven’t had a drama yet
