@XfinitySupport @Xfinity I have not gotten anywhere. Although support is responsive, it’s much of the same rhetoric and my cable is still a mess. They came on Saturday and did not finish the job and left with no update and @XfinitySupport has no update.

Just moved to a different area and now have @Xfinity. I must say, @xfinity absolutely sucks balls. The menus are phucking retarded, there's no live phone support and the equipment sucks balls too. I hate that cable companies monopolize areas.
