@Xfinity connection was down. Your tech came out and wire was melted. Tech said he'd keep issue open. Consumers fixed electric. Your auto system tried to close it. Then said we had appt 4:05pm then tried to close it many times. Went to store got Sun appt. Auto tried to cancel.
