@comcast we are still with no internet since before 8am. This has affected our community here. A lot of us work from home and we could not even go to our local coffee shops to work. I hope you guys donā€™t pull a ā€œhereā€™s a $5 creditā€ if so, that is unacceptable.

@comcast Using mobile data, my phone is fine. At home with the wifi (or wired: my laptop) everything has slowed to a crawl. Apps take a minute or more to load. WTF? Download-upload speeds are fine; restarting or unplugging the modem changed nothing.....

@Xfinity your price increases for someone just needing internet are an abomination. 119 a month for just internet for someone in a middle/low income because of ā€œstreaming/regional sportsā€? Youā€™re net worth is 173 Billion. Be better.
