@AskCapitalOne@PayPal@CapitalOne@PayPal@CapitalOne@Visa someone dropped the ball. Misinformation from customer service agents has been the worst. Both my @PayPal accounts are locked because of this and I've done nothing wrong. Item was delivered the day before I received notification of the chargeback.
