@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I have visited the BSNL office and provided a filled form to downgrade the plan. Even after multiple requests submitted offline, it's still not done. Very disappointed with BSNL.

BSNL mobile services is totally down in Sector 2, HSR layout, Bengaluru for the last 3 hours. Is there no monitoring of such a total disruption in service? Are we paying the price for being loyal with @BSNLCorporate ?
