Not sure what is the issue and why it is not yet resolved even after lodging the complain at the Mhow BSNL office. Please get the issue resolved ASAP and properly fix it please.

@BSNLCorporate 4G network started in Panchkula and Chandigarh is very unstable. If you change data connection from one sim to other, then network is lost and it cannot reconnect unless you switch to 2G only mode.Related Services
