@British_Airways delayed for four hours due to a technical issue. It happens - I get it but why fly a service with no food on board? A four hour delay followed by a two hour flight now landing after midnight. Zero customer service for. £600 ticket

@British_Airways in Las Vegas, paid for tickets on this evening's flight to Heathrow, can't check in (you've automatically checked in the 11 year old in the group to travel alone though) customer service number couldn't tell us if the flights overbooked. Great service.

Coming back from Nice today, our @British_Airways flight was delayed due to a minor tech issue, which meant some passengers had to be offloaded, and some subsequent baggage discrepancies. That’s no dramas. It happens; god knows I’ve been on the other end of these things plenty.
