@orpington50 @British_Airways Yes, every interaction I’m having with @British_Airways feels a little scammy. Whether it’s their dodgy website, mindless AI chat bot, remote call centre, automated social accounts etc etc. Imagine being able to actually speak with someone who sold you the ticket
