I’m not sure what you class as a first class or business class experience nowadays @British_Airways but I can assure you complaints are coming your way. Just Sort out your tier levels, check-ins and seat allocations #BritishAirways my commitment to BA is wearing thin !

Why is it always me that has to have a seat change @British_Airways despite booking a seat within 7 days.. todays excuse at check in is I haven’t paid.. no because my tier membership says I don’t have to. Your “first class” check in was shocking at LHR 12 days ago too
