@British_Airways This I understand although you charge for suitcases so a lot of people will bring large hand luggage! However when you announce that those with suitcase hand luggage willing to put in hold and can then board earlier &then get told no as there are too many people waiting to board!

@British_Airways I am still waiting for my e-ticket to be fully issued before I can check in, I have waited 6/7 hours since they opened it - can you provide an update as want to check in for todays flight?
