@British_Airways Thank you. Perhaps you could add this to your website too. It's where the chat bot sends you but it only gives a mailing address to the UK when Singapore is entered in the drop down menu. And the chat bot doesn't understand so just keeps repeating the same link!

@dnjoshispeaks @AshwiniBhide @British_Airways Same here, since 1994. British Airways Business Class is worse than Economy of Emirates, and Singapore. Some of their Cabin Crew are racist. Best to avoid!
