@British_Airways It's almost around now 1 year @British_Airways sent me a email today saying to send the bills of repared Suitcase. Seriously I don't understand how someone will keep the repaired item bill for almost 1 year. If British Airways need the photos of the Item I can send.

@British_Airways continuation have send email to globalcustomerrelations@ba.com four times no reply even make calls to customer service nobody ready to help some my friends on the same flight have been paid yet my is not yet paid and big organisation disappointed.

@British_Airways I tweeted my complaint (after official report) about my luggage being destroyed 5 months ago - you told me to send you a DM, I did. That was 5 days ago... and you have just replied asking me what you can help me with today. You guys have honestly lost the plot.

@British_Airways why have you emailed me to say you have locked my account. I go on website and click send code but no code is being texted or emailed. Details are correct! Pls fix ASAP
