@British_Airways I managed to make the booking but was unable to select seats for 1st leg of flight (Economy Plus). There are seats, according to chat attendant) but I have to call to select them. And the help number disconnects after saying too many waiting for help. (1/2)

@British_Airways Trying to make new booking, get through the payment process but then receive error message and asked to try again (have tried 3 times). Cannot access my account, either. Is there a site issue at this time?
