@an_arthistorian @British_Airways 0344 493 0787, option 3, then option 3, just said I “I want to speak to an agent”, twice it disconnected saying too high call volume but I just kept calling and eventually got put in a hold queue.

@British_Airways What’s the point? The problem isn’t about one person complaining, its appears you’ve lost focus on customers and redirected on cutting costs resulting in an overall loss in customer care

@_AdamStopher @British_Airways Same issue mate, overcharged 1.6k as some clown in their indian office charged me TWO separate times on top of what i should have paid. I just went to AMEX and charged back, easier to deal with them than BA. When it’s finally sorted i’ll want all the points back i used / cash

@British_Airways Two Upper Class returns booked via Virgin Atlantic rather than @British_Airways due to this terrible customer service response.. oh and our transatlantic trips are 4-5 times a year

Nice.. the week before Xmas having your Xbox stolen from your luggage flying @British_Airways receiving an email from your customer service saying they aren’t going to do anything about it as I should of carried it as hand luggage.. guess being a Exec Club Member means nothing
