@British_Airways usual, poor customer service via chat.Booked & paid business class, go to choose seats-you want paying more, none left next to each other. You have a row still "blocked off" which can't be chosen. Return flight has seats still, but have to pay.Why not Inc in B/C?

@British_Airways Hello. I’m flying BA12 on the 30th Jan. I know in the past you were able to swap between the BA16 & BA12 which both left at the same time. I was wondering if this is still possible for myself & my partner, and if so how would we be able to go about this? Thanks
