Have I hit a new record? Almost EIGHT MONTHS with no response to my complaint to @British_Airways. After escalating to #CEDR got a response & settlement offer from BA within 3 weeks. Why are BA allowed to just ignore customers in the hope they will go away? #CustomerServiceFail
