@British_Airways My flight was overbooked, missed my connecting flight, customer service did not help with any of the issues because I missed my connection, they didn't even let me to talk to a supervisor when requesting one, i took me 10 calls to talk to some one and get 0 help! #scam

Four hour @British_Airways flight delay is feeling a lot when absolutely exhausted and just want to get home, added to the fact Miami airport has got to be one of the crappiest international airports going!

@British_Airways ref: 25763385 closing my case with no word from anyone. Missed connection flight, told to wait 13 hrs & be on standby or make own way home and be compensated.
