@British_Airways Day 124... Although I don't like complaining, I will continue writing daily on 'X' until I receive an acknowledgement and resolution in response to my two letters sent in December 2023, February 2024. To date, neither has been acknowledged.

@British_Airways Yes having to spend two more days in Boston, extremely inconvenient missing work and now booked onto an older plane without the cabin we have paid thousands of pounds for. Having flown BA for years this will be the last of it.

@British_Airways Day 113... Although I no longer have any faith in Sean Doyle, CEO, you would have thought perhaps someone in 'British Airways Customer Relations' would at least pick up the mantle and resolve this long-standing issue? Where is the Customer Service??!

@British_Airways Day 112... Coming up to four months since I wrote twice to Sean Doyle, CEO of British Airways, and absolutely no response or acknowledgement to my letters. How disgusting and extremely disappointing is that?! No customer engagement whatsoever!

@British_Airways Day 96... I wonder if anyone at British Airways will have the decency to take ownership of my issue and actually resolve it instead of just passing the book. At school, I was taught to 'read' the question, not skirt around it consistently, which is evident from their responses.

@British_Airways Ur customer service/complaint dept is the worst I’ve come across I made a claim/complaint in 1st week of March. It’s been 4 weeks and no response You are taking more than 4 weeks to handle a complaint. I can imagine, how long will it take for normal enquiries
