@British_Airways why is your app and website so useless? Creating an account... My password is too secure to use... Finally get created and logged in, can't manage my booking because there's an issue... You need to rethink digital as you're useless at it

@British_Airways @1Leonie That’s fine for a short flight but when flying long haul and paying for a ticket that includes a meal it’s not really acceptable is it. Other organisations can manage to provide gluten free options, how about talking to Cealiac UK for advice

@Kaprekars @British_Airways How did you manage to get a refund please? They took an additional payment 4 days ago and are yet to refund me so am getting extremely frustrated at this point. Thanks in advance
