@British_Airways Just got to Heathrow from Madrid in that overcrowded rickety shit bucket you call a plane. Hour on the tarmac and we had to chase down food and drink. Unacceptable. Flying my last leg back to LA tomorrow and won’t be using your service again.

Absolutely trash @British_Airways. How do you charge a card almost $6k without a booking? And then have no way to fix it, cherry on top.

@British_Airways Awful service. We chose @British_Airways Business class for our 10yr anniversary trip LA to Rome in 23/10. They canceled our connecting flight then downgraded us to economy class. They're refusing to compensate us for the difference *violating UK261*. 4-months of back and forth!

@British_Airways But we have been without our bags for nearly 3 days now and it has essential medication in. So you’ll be billed for the medical bills too then. Absolute shambles of a company. Have flown with @British_Airways now for over 20 years and can safely say we won’t ever use you again.
