@British_Airways -called twice and hung up on with the problem not solved. the 6.15pm LHR-NAP yesterday was cancelled. BA rebooked us on same flight today but we made alt plans. Pls can you issue an email to confirm the cancellation and a refund will be issued for original flight

@British_Airways Hi team I am highly disappointed with the baggage , I did not receive 7 bags. I have a wedding function at my home and everything is in bags. Could you please apprise on the status. And how I can claim compensation to the mental harassment done to me.
