Unbelieveable shocking service from @British_Airways 24 hours before due to fly 2 of the party have an issue which should have been sorted in december when you were quick enough to take thousands of avios points... 24 hours is unacceptable

@British_Airways Hi, I’ve just made a booking for a flight and hotel together, and the payment was authorised but my booking wasn’t confirmed. I have tried calling the number on the screen to confirm a few times but there’s no answer. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks :)
