@British_Airways hello, I’m flying back on to LHR from JFK tomorrow evening and wanted to enquire about upgrading Flight. It was a flight & hotel booking so I’ve tried to contact over the phone but states you are not taking calls right now. Please advise

Oh @British_Airways I tried to book with you once more and yet again, such a disappointment. ☹️ the customer service is disgraceful and ‘the computer says no’ - such a huge shame. ✈️

@British_Airways I made my transaction on January 03 not January 01. @British_Airways can you reassure me that I will get paid back the monies I am told without me having to take legal action? I have had no direct correspondence not even an e msil but you took money from my account.

@British_Airways Plus @British_Airways I paid for my tickets on Wednesday 03rd Jan so why was the payments taken again on the 04th Jan ?
