@British_Airways hello, I’m flying back on to LHR from JFK tomorrow evening and wanted to enquire about upgrading Flight. It was a flight & hotel booking so I’ve tried to contact over the phone but states you are not taking calls right now. Please advise

@British_Airways I made my transaction on January 03 not January 01. @British_Airways can you reassure me that I will get paid back the monies I am told without me having to take legal action? I have had no direct correspondence not even an e msil but you took money from my account.
