Last May I was severely let down by @British_Airways twice in 3 days. Have avoided ever since. On Monday we return to Basel. Sincerely hoping bad luck doesn't strike again, & that O/B & rtn journeys go ahead & are not cancelled

Gutted that after over 10 years my @British_Airways lounge status wont be renewed !!! Not as much flying for work this year, not many points off but no T5 South Lounge breakfasts for me any more...

@British_Airways last year you cancelled 2 of my flights. I have 2 case numbers. 1 has been paid, the other not. Please advise how I can escalate as over 6mths has passed. Thx

@British_Airways Im having trouble trying to make a report for a damaged suitcase. I’m asked for the PNR and last name and your site is unable to locate the booking. I’ve doubled checked the PNR is correct but no luck in finding the booking. The flight was 5 days ago.

@British_Airways the app not working and cannot checkin for flight tomorrow are there issues?
