@British_Airways my sister’s bag has been lost yesterday on a connecting flight from Dublin to Addis Ababa and then onward to Nosy Be. She is there for a month and has no belongings. Email sent but no response as yet. Can you advise?

@British_Airways @PrincessCruises Flight was great, except for hour delay leaving. for 1 of our suitcase got left behind. Apparently the aircraft had a weight and balance issue. But we did receive our bag at the hotel 9 hours later. So wasn’t missing it for long.
