@British_Airways @martha_valls It says “I spent all day today trying to check in online and your system is not working” I can relate to that, as I spent about 3 hours and have got nowhere @British_Airways bad IT systems means long queues at airports And a shit experience for customers

@British_Airways @HowarthCharles The system was down for me too, and it said WE HAVE TECHNICAL ISSUES PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER The IT team are rubbish as @British_Airways IT systems are awful Funny I never have a problem checking in online with @Ryanair
