@InziHS @BlizzardCS I got the same response 4 times over a week of ticketing a 7-day account silence over something I believed I could provide proof to appeal. Please give this attention! This is word for word the message I got for a week straight

@BlizzardCS I have the characters/realms, the major problem is that the account was deleted. I assume there are backups that can be accessed. Anything you can do to support other than re-opening the same ticket?

Hey @Blizzard_Ent @BlizzardCS does anyone actually work on Blizzard customer support anymore? Been banned 3 times on Overwatch for the exact same fake reason, and get a bot response each Appeal, with the exception of someone on a power trip threatening a permaban for appealing

@BlizzardCS I shouldn't have to make the same ticket response 20 to 25 times and come to twitter because I can't play. At this point I rather just dispute all my wow transactions I once made and delete the account. This is just straight abuse to long term players.

@BlizzardCS I'm inquiring about Ticket US97593267. I have tried to appeal this issue multiple times, citing that I believe this to be a false positive infraction. I have been playing on the same machine, same connection, since that account was banned without issue. Please help.

So update: It happened 2 more times today in the same match. I was monitoring my connection and everything, no issues on my end. This is legitimately frustrating that I am being punished for something completely out of my control. @PlayOverwatch @BlizzardCS

@BlizzardCS Our Warcraft Guild Bank logs have not worked properly for many months (about when both factions could be in the same guild). Most tabs just show logs from 11+ months ago, but one less active shows "1 month ago" below those. Is there anything that can be done to fix?
