@matthewthenerd @BlizzardCS I had the same issue. I have set exceptions for Blizzard Launcher and blizzard Updater in my Antivirus Program. Since then, I can download at normal speed. Fyi, I have Eset Antivirus Software. Maybe it works for you, too. Sorry for bad English.
