@BlizzardCS I opened a ticket about this and received a response that items are not refunded. This is a bug. I tested it on an alt and had the same issue. Cant you guys just in-game mail me the 3 clutch of wyrm's awakened crests after the bug is fixed so I can get the crests I didnt receive?
